In this CAD tutorial we'll use the features:
Full Round Fillet This is a specialized type of fillet that automatically creates a perfectly rounded edge between three adjacent faces. You simply select the two side faces and the middle face, and Fusion 360 creates a smooth, continuous curve without you needing to specify a radius. It is an efficient way to create a full round on a corner.
Hole The Hole command is a dedicated tool for creating various types of cylindrical cuts. Unlike a simple extruded cut, it provides a streamlined interface for defining industry-standard holes, including simple, clearance, countersunk, and tapped (threaded) holes. It saves time and ensures accuracy by automatically handling the geometry and thread specifications.
Thin Extrude (found within the standard Extrude command) is used to create a thin-walled part from a sketch that is not a closed profile. Instead of creating a solid block, it extrudes a thin sheet with a specified thickness. This is very useful for creating features like ribs, fins, or thin-walled cylinders without having to sketch and extrude a complex profile.
All dimensions are in mm/g/s/ISO
