In this CAD tutorial we'll use the features:
🧱 Extrude
Extrude is the most basic and frequently used command for turning a 2D sketch into a 3D solid.
Function: It works by extending a closed sketch profile linearly (in a straight line). You can use it to add material (join) or to remove material (cut).
Control: You define the depth and direction of the extension.
🔄 Mirror
The Mirror command is a powerful automation tool used to create a symmetrical copy of existing geometry.
Function: It duplicates a selected feature, body, or component across a designated Mirror Plane (or face).
Benefit: It saves significant time by letting you design only one half of a symmetrical object.
📐 Chamfer
The Chamfer command is used to refine sharp edges on a solid model by creating an angled face.
Function: It modifies an edge by replacing it with a flat, angled surface instead of a rounded curve (like a fillet).
Application: It's used to break sharp corners, ease assembly, or for design purposes.
All dimensions are in mm/g/s/ISO
